Yes, all gloves are made to measure. This means, once you place your order you will be required to fill out your measurements at check out. Check the page ‘How to measure’ to find out more about measuring.

Yes, I am happy to alter existing designs to fit your unique style, or to design a completely new pair of gloves for you. Do make sure you have looked at my designs to make sure what you’re looking for doesn’t already exist. If you are interested in talking about a custom order contact me through the contact form, or send an email to cestjeanne@gmail.com.

Every item is produced on a made to order basis, so please allow up to 8 weeks for the garment to be completed before shipment. If you are in a rush, please contact me to see if your order may be completed sooner. Please note that a rush fee will be added if you want to recieve your order on a short notice. Returns/refunds are not accepted, as every order is made to measure. But if you are having problems with your order, please message me using the contact form or send an email to cestjeanne@gmail.com, and I’d be happy to work something out for you.

Since all my gloves are made to measure and take many hours of hard work, I don’t do unpaid collaborations.
