No measuring tape at hand?

If you don’t have a measuring tape, use the following instructions to take your measurements. For this method you will need a pen, a ruler, and a piece of ribbon or string.

Wrap the ribbon or string around the body part you are measuring. Use a pen to mark where the string overlaps.

Use your ruler to read the measurement.
